During this 2-hour workshop, we will guide you through a grounding and centring mindfulness meditation practice. Allowing us to return to our bodies feeling safe, relaxed and ready to integrate new learnings. We will then move into our psychotherapeutic training, which will allow us to better understand, recognise, manage and overcome the symptom of anxiety.
