If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products or services.
The STLL is an Ireland-based business, and these Terms are governed by Irish law.

You may use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The STLL Membership & Digital Content
Where you purchase The STLL Membership, you receive access to the digital content and resources described at the time of purchase.
Where the membership is described as providing lifetime access, access continues for the lifetime of The STLL platform. We may update, replace, modify or retire individual pieces of content from time to time.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that our digital services and content are provided as described and function as intended. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights in relation to digital content or services. Irish consumer law provides protections where digital content or services do not meet the agreed requirements.
Your membership is for your personal use only. You must not share your login details or allow another person to access your membership.
Retreat Bookings
The STLL may offer wellness retreats and travel experiences from time to time.
Each retreat will have its own booking page containing the relevant information, including the destination, dates, accommodation, itinerary, inclusions, price and payment schedule.
When you book a retreat, you agree to these Terms, along with the specific information and booking terms provided for that retreat.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or payment.
Payment
The payment schedule will be clearly stated on the relevant retreat booking page.
For example, where applicable, we may require a 50% deposit to secure your place, followed by two further 25% payments.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made by the relevant due dates.
If a payment is not received when due, we will contact you to arrange payment or, where appropriate, cancel your booking in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
What Is Included in a Retreat
Each retreat will have its own description of what is and is not included.
Unless specifically stated as included, guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:
Flights and other travel to and from the destination.
Travel insurance.
Passport, visa and entry requirements.
Personal expenses.
Any meals, activities or services not listed as included.
Please read the individual retreat information carefully before booking.
Retreat Itineraries
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the itinerary described at the time of booking.
However, activities, timings, accommodation, restaurants, excursions or other elements may occasionally need to change because of weather, availability, safety, operational requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a change is necessary, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer or package travel legislation.
Cancelling a Retreat Booking
Our retreat cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refunds, Renewals & Cancellations Policy and on the relevant retreat booking page.
Where applicable, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your booking will continue to apply regardless of our stated cancellation policy.
If The STLL Cancels or Changes a Retreat
We will make every reasonable effort to run each retreat as advertised.
If The STLL needs to cancel a retreat, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide any refund or other remedy required under the applicable terms and consumer law.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance when booking a retreat.
Your insurance should provide appropriate cover for the destination and activities involved, including cancellation, medical expenses and repatriation where appropriate.
If travel insurance is required for a particular retreat, we will state this clearly before booking.
You are responsible for checking that your insurance provides adequate cover for your own circumstances and the activities included in the retreat.
Health, Safety & Participation
Our retreats may include yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, walking, excursions and other physical or wellbeing activities.
You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit and able to participate in any activity.
Please let us know before the retreat if you have any relevant medical, dietary, accessibility or other requirements that we should reasonably be aware of.
You should follow reasonable safety instructions given by The STLL, our retreat team and activity providers.
The STLL's retreats are designed to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional treatment.
Behaviour & Respect
We want The STLL retreats to feel safe, welcoming and respectful for everyone.
You agree to behave appropriately towards other guests, The STLL team, accommodation providers and other service providers.
We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave a retreat where their behaviour is seriously disruptive, threatening, abusive or puts themselves or others at risk.
If this happens, we will consider any consequences in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances.
User-Generated Content
You may occasionally have the opportunity to submit or share content with The STLL, including photographs, comments, testimonials or other material.
You remain the owner of content you create.
By submitting content to The STLL, you give us permission to use it for the purposes for which you provided it, unless otherwise agreed with you.
We will not use your personal content for unrelated advertising or commercial purposes without an appropriate legal basis or your permission where required.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
No Medical or Professional Advice
The STLL provides wellbeing, educational and lifestyle content.
Our website, membership, retreats, workshops, yoga, meditation and other wellbeing activities are not intended to provide medical diagnosis or treatment and should not be relied upon as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.
Our Responsibility
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where another business provides a service as part of a retreat, such as accommodation, transport or an excursion, the terms applicable to that service may also apply. Where The STLL is legally responsible as a facilitator, your statutory rights will apply.
Events Outside Our Control
Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to provide a service or retreat. This may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, industrial action, transport disruption, public health emergencies or other extraordinary events.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on our customers and will comply with any applicable consumer and travel legislation.
Changes to Terms
The STLL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Website after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms and should review these Terms regularly to stay informed.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the information provided on the relevant product, membership or retreat booking page and any policies specifically referred to, form the agreement between you and The STLL in relation to your use of our services.
Where specific terms apply to a particular retreat or product, those terms will take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under Irish or applicable EU law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
