Meet the Founder:

 
 

Daniella Moyles is a qualified and passionate integrative psychotherapist, attaining her BA from Dublin Business School.

She is also a certified yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, completing her RYT 200 with the renowned Vikasa Yoga, and an additional 100 hours of specialist Yin Yoga training in Ubud, Bali.

She has a keen interest in mindfulness and bodywork, having qualified as an IPNB integrative bodywork teacher, which she hopes to bring into her journey towards an MA in Trauma Studies.

“I discovered this passion for holistic health and wellbeing a little later in life, after many trials and errors. If you would like some more insight into my story in that regard, my author’s debut, a memoir entitled ‘Jump’ was published in June, 2020. With a follow-up workbook entitled ‘Jump Start’ later published in May, 2021.”

“My mission with The STLL is to share the knowledge and practices that have transformed my mind, my heart, and in turn, my life, in every way over the past decade. I believe everyone should have access to this roadmap of tools, rooted in ancient wisdom traditions and emerging psychological theory and practice.”
