As we sell exclusive ticketed events, we generally are unable to provide a refund.

We’re happy to try and reschedule you for a future event.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for downloadable courses purchased on The STLL.

Refunds: The STLL Gift Vouchers

Unused gift vouchers can be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase.

Gift vouchers that have been used or purchased over 14 days ago are no longer eligible for a refund.

Returns: The STLL Ceremony Store

Items ordered from our ceremony store can be returned within the first 14 days of purchase as long as they’ve been unopened and are in an as-new state.
